Do you ship Internationally and to APO's?
Yes we do! Puerto Rico, Canada and Guam are currently supported by our website. ALL other International Customers need to contact us via email and provide their exact order in order for us to calculate shipping manually. Invoices will be manually generated and sent via email. ALL CUSTOMS FEES are the responsibilty of the customer. Creepsakes is not responsible for any fees your country charges for imports.
When will my order ship?
Creepsakes strives to ship out orders ASAP some orders may ship the same day but please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Most orders ship USPS Priority but Creepsakes retains the right to ship with any carrier we see fit. If you prefer to have a specific Carrier or Shipping Method, Creepsakes may charge a 20% fee.
How does a Pre-Order Work?
A pre-order is claiming product at a discounted rate prior to arriving in our shop. Once the product arrives we will then add it to the site at normal price. Pre-Orders are very descriptive. It is very important that you read the description of the pre-order listing prior to purchase as ALL pre-order sales are final NO EXCEPTIONS!
When will I receive my Pre-Order?
Pre-orders have an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival). Creepsakes strives to stick to the ETA given however we can NOT guarantee as we have NO control over shipping. Creepsakes will do their best to keep you informed if any changes shall occur via email and on our social media accounts.
What if I combine stocked items with Pre-Order Items?
Any stocked product combined with pre-orders will all be shipped together. Creepsakes will NOT ship items separately. All sales are final, NO exceptions!
Can I add to my order once its been placed?
Yes, HOWEVER we can not always guarantee that this can be done. We recommend that you place another order and contact us ASAP via email and we will do our best to combine your orders and refund the difference in shipping IF any. Creepsakes is not responsible if your orders are not combined. AGAIN combining orders is NOT guaranteed.
How do in store pickups work?
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with instructions. We ask that you text the number provided and schedule your pick up. Please make sure to provide your name and invoice number in your text. Creepsakes will hold your order for 3 business days from the time the order was placed. Any orders that have not been picked up or shipping arrangements made by the customer within the 3 day time frame, Creepsakes will cancel the order and a refund will be issued minus a 30% restocking fee.
How can I get labels for my glitter?
Creepsakes can provide labels for .50 cents a label plus $3.75 for shipping or can be added to an existing order provided the customer has made arrangements with Creepsakes before the order has been processed. We will require a complete list of glitter names along with styles. If for some reason Creepsakes makes a mistake on a label we retain the right to refund you as oppose to shipping a replacement label.
I missing something in my order, what do I do?
Creepsakes strives to process all orders correctly however accidents do happen. Creepsakes retains the right to refund you for the missing product or ship the missing product at Creepsakes discretion.
Once I place my order, how do I track it?
Once Creepsakes has processed your order you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. Please make sure you provide a correct email address. If you did not receive a tracking number please check your spam folder. Creepsakes is unable to correct an incorrect email address.
I placed an order and I have not received it, what should I do?
Once your order has been shipped and is in possesion of the carrier we ask that you contact the carrier first. Please make sure that the address provided upon check out is accurate as Creepsakes will not be held accountable for a customer entering an incorrect address. Please contact your local carrier and provide your tracking number, As the receiver, you are most likely to receive more information than Creepsakes will. Creepsakes will not be held liable for any lost, stolen or missing packages.
I placed an order but my shipping address is incorrect, what should I do?
If the order hasn't processed yet please contact Creepsakes ASAP. We will do our best to correct the shipping address prior to processing but Creepsakes will not be held responsible for an incorrect shipping address. Please make sure to update your shipping address as Creepsakes can not update this for you.
If the order has already been shipped contact the carrier and you can ask for a reroute if applicable. Any charges and or fees incurred are the customers responsibilty. If the package is returned to Creepsakes we will contact you to arrange for reshipment but if after 3 business days the customer has not paid the new shipping fees Creepsakes will refund the orders subtotal minus a 30% restocking fee.
I received damaged or incorrect product what should I do?
Creepsakes strives to process all orders correctly but mistakes do happen and Creepsakes can not control how the carrier handles your package. Creepsakes retains the right to refund or reship the product at our discretion.
My tracking number is not being updated what do I do?
If it hasnt left the Creepsakes shop, We retain the right to hold orders for 1-3 business days for processing. After 3 business days if your tracking number has not been updated contact us ASAP to verify your order has been turned over to the carrier.
If its in the hands of the carrier you need to contact them, provide your tracking number as you will receive more information as being the receiver then we will.
During the holiday seasons and the effects of Covid please be aware that packages may not be scanned accordingly, can be held up at near by distribution centers with no updates and packages have been known to travel to several distinations before any updates are given. This is completely out of our control and Creepsakes will not be held accountable.
